「個別の授業見学」に参加される際には
  1. 開始時間の5分～10分前には入校してください。
  2. 東門から入ってください（ナビゲーションでは北門を案内されるのでご注意ください）。
  3. マスクの常時着用をお願いしています。
  4. 本校は下足のまま入校できます（上履き、スリッパは不要です）。
  5. 体温が37度以上の場合は参加できません。
個別の授業見学受入について
  • 2024年度の「個別の授業見学」の予約受付を始めました。
    We are now accepting reservations for "Individual Classroom Observations" for the 2024 school year.


申込の手順
Specific Application Process

①希望する日時を複数（２～３）ご用意ください。
　Please prepare several dates and times you wish to visit.

②在籍する中学校から見学の許可をとってください。
　Please obtain permission to visit from the junior high school in which you are enrolled.

 

③「授業見学カレンダー」で、予約したい月日にアクセスしてください。
　Please call and ask for the person in charge of this school.

④「✕月✕日授業見学申込」をクリックして開きます。
　Click on the 「✕月✕日授業見学申込」 link to open the application form.

 

⑤開くと「詳細」に「授業見学申込フォームへ」というショートカットがあります。
　When you open it, there is a shortcut under "Details" that says 「授業見学申込フォームへ」.

 

⑥このショートカットからGoogleformsが開きます。
　This shortcut opens Googleforms.

 

⑦指示に従って入力し送信してください。
　Please follow the instructions to complete and submit the form.
（途中、メールアドレスは正しく入力してください。送信後に受付確認のメールが届きます。）
　(Please enter your e-mail address correctly during the process. You will receive a confirmation email after submission)

  
　＊平日の授業日ですので、在籍校の許可を必ずとって参加してください。
　　Since this is a weekday class day, please be sure to obtain permission from your school to participate.
　＊在籍校の許可等、虚偽申請があった場合は入校できません。

　　If there is a false application, such as permission from the school you are enrolled in, you will not be admitted.

これで手続きは終了です。
