本校は、定時制課程Ⅰ・Ⅱ・Ⅲ部と通信制課程を擁する単位制高等学校です。
校名の「フレックス（flex）」は英語で「柔軟」「しなやか」という意味があります。この言葉は生徒一人ひとりの個性に寄り添い、各自のペースで学ぼうとする生徒の意志を最大限尊重するという教育理念を表しています。本校ではそれぞれの興味・関心や進路目標に合わせて、自分だけの時間割を作ることができます。
生徒の皆さんが本校での学びを通じて、卒業後に必要とされるであろう、様々な力を身に着けることができると私たちは考えます。

A very warm welcome to Ota Flex High School.
Ota Flex High School comprises three part-time courses and a correspondence course. “Flex” is derived from flexibility, which stands for our educational philosophy. Here at school students make out their own timetable for their own convenience and can study flexibly at their own pace.
We believe that students will be able to develop the skills, attributes and mentalities that they will need in life beyond school through their learning experience at our school.
